This Privacy Policy describes how Limb AI Chatbot (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Wix App (the “App”). The App lets Wix site owners add a chatbot to their site so visitors can send messages and receive replies.

By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Information from Wix needed to install and run the App, such as site and account identifiers.
• Settings and content a site owner adds in the App (for example chatbot settings and text used to answer visitors).
• Messages and contact details that visitors submit in the chatbot (such as name or email).
• Basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, session identifiers, and timestamps.
• Contact information a site owner gives us for support.
• Subscription and billing status if a paid plan is purchased through the Wix App Market.

2. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Operate the chatbot on the Wix site.
• Send messages to an AI service so the chatbot can reply.
• Provide support and service-related communication.
• Protect the App and comply with the law.
• Understand how the App is used and improve it.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use visitor chat data to build our own marketing lists.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the App:

• Wix, as the platform that hosts the site and the App.
• AI and hosting providers that process chat messages or store App data for us. Those providers use the data under their own privacy policies.
• Wix App Market billing, if a paid plan is purchased.
• When required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Cookies

The App may use cookies or similar technologies to keep a chat session working. You can control cookies in your browser. Turning them off may affect how the chatbot works.

5. Storage and security

We store information on our servers and those of our service providers. We use reasonable security measures, but no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed to provide the App and meet legal requirements.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Site owners can also change App settings or uninstall the App from Wix. To make a request, email raffi.yeghiazaryan@limb.dev.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have GDPR rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you may request to know what we collect and to delete it. We do not sell personal information.

7. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
